CloseCrafting a beautiful hardwood floor takes dedication and passion in the pursuit of excellence. Our team is committed to providing an exceptional client service experience – from design through to installation. We offer a complete end-to-end solution for your project.
All First Element projects begin with an expert consultation. You can visit our showroom, bring your architectural plans, and compare different flooring options. Our team will workshop the perfect solution for each and every project, taking into account aesthetics, technical requirements and budget.
If you require installation, the next stage is a site visit. Our professional installers will make an appointment to attend the project site, measure the space, and liaise with the client, architect or builder. This is a chance to check the finer details in preparation for installation.
Once you have made your final selection, we confirm the order and advise on lead times and delivery.
Our installation service ensures each and every project is completed to our exacting standards. Our glue is VOC-free and our expert installers bring decades of experience in hardwood timber flooring, ensuring precision engineering and attention to detail for an outstanding finished result.
Our service doesn’t end at installation. First Element supplies a range of cleaning and maintenance products, specifically designed to protect European oak floors. We can also offer professional advice on cleaning, nourishing and caring for your hardwood.
